We just came back from Paris and wanted to experience another Paris pastry . We were so happy to find Dore! They open at 7 am so we were able to take the kids before school. We had the chocolate croissant and the almond chocolate croissant ... they were delicious!! I always loved themed Paris decor. Cant wait to come again.
Best French bakery in the Bay Area hidden gem in Brentwood! Reasonable prices for such elegant treats. Since it is right next to the AMC, get some of the special pastries rather than popcorn.

The croissants are so good!! Didnt love the cakes we tried apple, fudge. But I highly recommend the croissants, plain, chocolate, strawberry, almond, and the ham cheese were all incredible!
I had the egghamcheddar croissant and my wife had the chocolate almond croissant. Both were absolutely delicious. The croissant was light and flaky. Our server was friendly. Very nice place. So glad we discovered it!!
Well, the best I can say is Go, try it and draw your own conclusions. A simple place with the best pastries you can find. Everything is well made. Its hard to find a similar place, its different from the same old thing that you find all over America.
Cute, little bakery with some delicious offerings! My husband and I got a bunch of pastries to try with the family. Everything is so good! Well be back in the future to try out their paninis.
This place is a little hidden, but man are they good. They make a really good iced latte, and their pastries are just great.
